Hasta Takip — İlaç Yönetimi

Medication & Patient Tracking App

Overview

Hasta Takip is a medication-management and patient-tracking app that helps patients take their medicines on time and lets caregivers follow a loved one remotely. It pairs a role-aware interface (patient vs. caregiver views) with flexible medication scheduling, adherence analytics, and a two-tier notification system, all backed by Supabase. Built at Group Taiga and published on the App Store.

What It Does

Patients add medications with detailed schedules and receive timed reminders, marking each dose taken, skipped or missed. They invite caregivers by email and grant granular permissions; connected caregivers can view a patient's medications, adherence and statistics from their own device. Local reminders and OneSignal push notifications keep both sides informed, including automatic alerts when a dose is missed.

Key Achievements

01

Delivered an end-to-end connected-care app spanning patient and caregiver roles on a single codebase

02

Designed a permission-aware data model with row-level security so caregivers see only what a patient explicitly shares

03

Built a resilient reminder system combining on-device scheduling with server-driven missed-dose detection and push alerts

04

Modeled flexible medication frequencies and dose logging that map cleanly to real adherence statistics

Impact & Results

Built for Group Taiga to improve medication adherence and give caregivers peace of mind, letting families monitor a loved one's medications remotely and be alerted the moment a dose is missed.
