EVA Management
Artist Management & Concert Organization Platform
Overview
EVA Management is the corporate website and content platform for a music & entertainment brand that manages recording artists and organizes live concerts. It presents the roster and event calendar to fans through a polished marketing site, while giving the team a self-service backoffice to run every piece of content without touching code. I designed and built the whole system end to end as a freelance engagement.
What It Does
The public site showcases artists with full profiles (biography, discography, videos and social links), a concert calendar that links directly to multiple ticket providers, a photo gallery and an editorial blog. Each artist can be given a dedicated linktree-style landing page assembled from configurable sections and links. Behind it, a role-based admin panel lets staff and editors create and publish artists, albums, concerts, blog posts, gallery items, team and founder profiles, homepage sliders and a promotional top banner.

Technical Highlights
Key Achievements
Delivered a complete full-stack product (marketing site, headless CMS and database) single-handedly as a freelancer
Modeled a rich relational schema spanning artists, albums, videos, concerts, linktree pages and editorial content
Built a two-tier permission model separating full administrators from limited-scope editors
Shipped a reusable admin foundation later shared with the sister EVA Records brand
Integrated three Turkish ticketing providers into a single unified concert workflow
Impact & Results
Gave a music & entertainment brand a self-managed digital home where non-technical staff publish artists, concerts and news independently. The relational content model and role-based CMS keep the fan-facing site accurate and current, while the freelance full-stack delivery covered everything from data modeling to production deployment.
