Overview

Advak is the website and management platform for a foundation (vakıf) that runs scholarship and donation programs. The public site handles outreach and applications, while an authenticated admin backoffice manages the full scholarship lifecycle, content and reporting. It is a server-rendered ASP.NET Core MVC application on EF Core and SQL Server, delivered at Group Taiga.

What It Does

Prospective students submit a detailed, multi-step scholarship application with supporting document uploads, protected by reCAPTCHA and gated by the active application period. The public site also presents the foundation, its donation channels, career programs, news and a downloadable press kit. In the admin panel, staff review, create, edit, approve and search applications, download applicant documents, manage news and announcements, and export reports; email notifications are sent to the foundation and applicants at key steps.
